We were delighted to welcome over 30 industry professionals to our latest Packaging Forum, held earlier in the year at our offices at Aire Valley House.

Olga Munroe, Head of the Retail Institute – who talked to us about the Sustainable Strategies of UK Retaliers including EPR and the Plastics Pact.

Richard Lambert, Braskem – discussed the innovative carbon free bio-based I’m Green(R) plastic resin product range and provided an overview on the current global resin supply outlook. www.braskem.com.

The day also included presentations and live demonstrations of heat seal papers and recyclable films on a VFFS bagging machine with in line zip application from Line Equipment who build and install a range of VFFS and HFFS packaging machines designed to fill and seal bags for a wide range of products. www.lineequipment.co.uk
Attendees also had the opportunity to tour our production sites, see our new pouch machine in action and talk to our team of technical print and films experts.
