From robust flexo printed collation shrink films to high barrier food grade laminates, at Roberts Mart we pride ourselves on the strength of our technical capabilities. Having developed a range of solutions to meet the various needs of our target segments we now offer many tailored solutions where recyclability, sustainability and circularity matter whilst maintaining line performance and value for your products.
We offer free technical audits to any potential or existing customers and will actively work to recommend flexible film or paper solutions to improve both line speeds and also reduce overall spend by recommending lighter weight, higher yielding bags and films.
We have a proven track record in many different market sectors which allows us to use the experience gained in one sector and transfer that to another.
Research and Development
Our in-house technical and quality assurance laboratory allows us to analyse films and to also conduct product testing prior to dispatch of film. We work closely with all our carefully selected suppliers to ensure we remain at the forefront of product development and pride ourselves on being able to come up with a solution to meet any issues.
Film Extrusion Know-How
In particular our polythene film extrusion know-how allows us to stay well ahead of your needs and bring you solutions where recyclability and the use of recycled materials (where possible) is of paramount interest. We are able to carefully select and test the most up to date resins to re-engineer your packaging and enhance either the performance, value and/or sustainability. We bring these to market rapidly and will support you with trials to ensure the packing lines are optimised to run the films, maximising your products true potential.
SpectRM
Our SpectRM flexo print technology has been developed by our team of dedicated print experts who have decades of print expertise. This is backed up by our chosen repro partners who supply our printing plates. We value these partnerships highly and through these collaborations we are able to constantly improve the quality and push the boundaries of what is possible. In particular the range of colours and subtlety of tone we can achieve using just four colours is renowned the world over.
This is demonstrated by the countless global flexo print awards we have constantly received since 2016.
