Due to huge growth, we’re looking for experienced and passionate Number 1 and number 2 Flexographic Printers to join our production team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional products to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Number 1 or Number 2 Printer, you’ll take ownership of the flexographic printing process from set-up through to final production, ensuring every job meets customer specifications and the highest quality standards.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating state-of-the-art flexographic printing presses
• Colour matching and maintaining print quality throughout production
• Managing machine settings, registrations, tensions, sleeves, anilox rollers and doctor blades
• Monitoring production performance and quality systems
• Completing production, traceability and quality documentation
• Working collaboratively with Shift Managers, Ink Technicians and production colleagues
• Driving continuous improvements in safety, quality and operational excellence
