Upgrading our extrusion capacity
We have invested in a new OPTIMEX II blown film extrusion line from Windmöller & Hölscher, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of flexible packaging machinery. The line is fully installed and operational at our extrusion facility and represents a major step forward in film quality, output efficiency and sustainability capability.
The OPTIMEX II is a 3‑layer / 5‑layer blown film co‑extrusion system designed to deliver consistently high‑quality film with excellent thickness control, flatness and optical properties. It is particularly well suited to producing mono‑material polyethylene films for lamination and conversion, supporting the shift towards more recyclable packaging.
