Learning opportunities with FIA UK Academy
Our partnership with FIA UK Academy continues to grow and gain momentum.
All our staff are offered time during working hours to study any or all of the 15 modules on offer at the FIA UK Academy, with exams on each module. On achieving the certificates, CPD points are earned so that learners can work towards two highly regarded industry accreditations: Cert.FIA and Dip.FIA.
We currently have 24 learners across multiple Divisions and 38 exams completed to date.

It’s great to see the very positive and healthy competition between learners, which is encouraging them to study further to achieve a higher exam grade and also to complete more modules.
Our FIA Learners also have the opportunity of going on FIA Partner Training days, where they visit a FIA Partner. The courses are designed to compliment the academy, so learners have a better understanding and can experience first hand the content of the modules they are studying.
