Personal job satisfaction for me is when I can spot an opportunity to save our customers money.
For example, if their artwork is going to make for an inefficient print run for example, I'll tell them in advance so we can adjust it.

"The key to good distribution is to deliver as timely and as cost effectively as we can. It takes a lot of careful planning.
I've been in logistics for over 20 years, including the army, so I run a tight ship. I know our customers appreciate that. Sometimes just 1kg over can result in a large price increase so we do whatever we can to avoid this.
We're also very mindful of our carbon footprint. It's important to me personally too and I always bear this mind when planning deliveries."
